HomeMatch Code™ provides educational readiness information. It is not a lender, credit-repair organization, real-estate broker, attorney, financial adviser, appraisal service, or approval authority. Results are not a loan decision, offer, guarantee, or promise that financing or a property will be available.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide information you reasonably believe is accurate, protect your sign-in links, use the service lawfully, and independently verify financial, property, ownership, title, contract, and legal information before acting.
Membership and recurring billing
HomeMatch Momentum™ memberships renew automatically at the cadence and price shown at checkout until canceled. Monthly membership is $14.99 per month and standard annual membership is $129 per year. A promotional first-year price may renew at $129 annually when that renewal price is clearly disclosed before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals and access to new member services at the end of the paid term; completed reports remain available subject to these terms.
Grandfathered purchases
Customers who previously purchased Current Snapshot or Lifetime Access retain the access promised with that completed purchase. Those legacy plans are no longer offered to new customers and are not converted into recurring billing without the customer’s express agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass payment controls, interfere with the service, access another customer’s information, submit malicious content, reverse engineer protected systems, resell access, or use reports to misrepresent approval or professional advice.
No guaranteed outcome
Scores, personas, paths, and action plans depend on customer-provided inputs and simplified educational calculations. Market conditions, lender rules, seller decisions, property facts, and applicable law may produce different outcomes.
Availability and limitation
The service may be updated, interrupted, corrected, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable HomeMatch Code™ access. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
